The aims of Crediton Farmers Market are to promote local and
seasonal produce and enterprise, to increase farm incomes to a level which
better reflects the value of the product, and to provide a focal point for
the local community. |

We aim to make
your visit a sociable and community occasion as well as a vibrant shopping
experience. Come down to the market to shop and also enjoy a cup of Fairtrade
tea or coffee, breakfast, soup from local ingredients, a locally-produced,
freshly-cooked bacon butty or hot-dog, while meeting your friends.
Chairs and tables provided! We try to provide
entertainment using local individuals and organisations, such as
neighbourhood school choirs. We also support local community initiatives like
the drive for Crediton to achieve Fair Trade Town status. This award was
conferred on the town in 2007 at the market in recognition of our support. If you are a producer and would like to join the market, then
please look on the Market
